Team Tournament 2026

Competition entry forms will be sent to all club secretaries on Sunday 12th April.

Changes for 2026
Three rinks of Triples (nine players per team).
• Clubs may enter more than one team.
• Tiptree have accepted an invitation to join us.

Format
Each player delivers three bowls per end. Two trial ends are permitted, and matches are played over 18 ends. If the combined scores are level after 18 ends, an extra end(s) will be played on each rink until a winner is determined.

Play-by Date
Each round of the Team Tournament must be completed by the play-by date. The team listed first in each round of the draw is the challenger and must contact the opposing team captain within seven days of the previous round being completed and offer two proposed dates, one of which must be a weekend.

If the teams cannot agree a date, or if no contact has been made within a reasonable time, the matter will be referred to the Competition Secretary, whose decision will be final.
