Club Info

We are a club run by its members for its members. We all work together to make a safe and friendly place for us all to enjoy.

  • In league games, help is always needed before the game setting up the rinks, putting out the cups and saucers etc.

  • For the VETS and Private Clubs matches, each playing member pays for their tea and also for their opponent (e.g. 50p per person).

  • We keep a diary in the club house where you can book a rink for competitions and see what games are planned.  You never know you may want to come and support.

  • After nominating to play in the various leagues do not forget to check the team sheets to confirm if you have been chosen to play.  The team sheets are on the notice boards under the various team headings and are normally posted one week before a game.  If you are chosen to play, be sure to tick your name so that the relevant captain knows you will be available to play.

  • Keep checking the notice board and web-site as re-arranged matches, friendly games and other club activities such as the BBQ are posted there.

  • As in any club help is always needed with the green and tidying the surrounds – have a chat with any of our merry band of helpers who are at the green most mornings and will always manage to find a job for you together with an endless supply of tea and coffee! Help is also always needed in keeping the clubhouse clean and tidy – see the noticeboard. All help is always very much appreciated.

  • Smoking is allowed only in the designated area.

Refreshments are always available in the clubhouse at reasonable prices.

The club is there to be used and we hope you will enjoy using it.
