How you can Support our Work

Achieving our aim of protecting Nottinghamshire's wonderful countryside requires the support of many individuals.  There are several different ways in which you can support us:

  • Take action by volunteering.  We advertise on Hugofox and elsewhere particular posts we need fo fill.  But we always welcome new volunteers.  Just tell us about your skills or how you would like to help and we shall do our best to find you things to do. 
  • Another way you can help is to become our 'Eyes and Ears' in the community and we encourage you all to email or telephone concerns about any planned new developments you hear of which might threaten the countryside, historic parks, gardens, community green spaces and significant buildings.  This will help us to see that, where available resources allow, any necessary further action is taken.
  • Join CPRE Nottinghamshire https://donate.cpre.org.uk/ea-action/action?ea.client.id=21&ea.campaign.id=42139&ea.tracking.id=cpre-web        and receive the benefits of CPRE Countryside Voice (the national magazine), county newsletters, invitations to CPRE local events and discounts on entrance fees at many houses and gardens throughout England.  We rely heavily on people becoming members, even if they do not have the time to volunteer.
