A busy week was had at Dementia-friendly Alton last week....

We had sessions on crafts and gardening Monday, Sue Tupper Yoga on Tues, crafts again at Alton Community Centre on Wednesday - beautiful pots painted, Thursday was walkfit and bowling, Friday singing with The Memory Choir and tea dance with another birthday to celebrate , Saturday we caught those rays of sunshine at Alice Holt Forest - Forestry England which gave everyone a boost ! And then rounded off the weekend hosting an special birthday at Alton Assembly Rooms as the new 'custodians' of the venue for the Town.

Now preparing to do it all again whilst the sun shines:)

Do come and join us - new members and volunteers always welcome.
