ORCHARD MILL [APPLICATION TO BUILD 300 DWELLINGS OFF KILNBARN ROAD (previously known as Ditton Edge)]
An application has been received to allow the occupation of 50 of the new dwellings at Orchard Mill before the A20/Station Road/New Road junction is completed. The improvements to the road were a condition of permission being granted. The parish council has objected to this application as traffic issues were a main concern of all those that objected to the original application.
