We are getting a lot of messages from residents furious that Regency have decided to remove the middle-Orchard bin store.

Unfortunately, this is just how the company operates. We saw it with the gates on the footpath: they got them wrong but instead of properly considering them or having a sensible conversation about where they could go, they simply ripped them out.

Now the bin shed is the same story all over again. Residents rightly objected to it being shoved directly outside their windows, and appealed to Regency to have a proper consultation.

Instead they've had another tantrum, throwing toys out of the pram rather than engaging constructively.

I genuinely don’t understand why they find it so difficult to just have conversations with people. Once again they have decided to make this change without consulating with the RA and we're getting sick to death with them in all honesty.

It’s exasperating, especially with everything else going on. But as I said at the General Meeting, I don’t think they’ll be around much longer.
That said, it’s exhausting. We’re spending our lives battling them over one thing or another, and I’m generally a positive person - I hate to spend my time complaining or moaning. But right now, we don’t have much choice.
