PROPERTY TO RENT CEDAR VIEW

You may already be aware that English Rural Housing Association is the landlord of a development of affordable homes at Cedars View, East Tytherley, which were built to meet the needs of local people. One of the homes has become available to rent and we are looking for a local person who may be interested.

To be eligible for this property, applicants must have a local connection to East Tytherley or the surrounding Parishes of West Tytherley, East Dean, Lockerley or Dunbridge, however, priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to East Tytherley.

Applicants must also be registered for housing with Test Valley Borough Council.

The property will be advertised through Hampshire Homechoice from Wednesday 26th November and Sunday 30th November 2025.
