Stall Holder Booking Information
Firstly, can we say a big thank your interest in supporting our fundraising event for The Friends of Dymchurch Recreation Ground (Charity No 1185788). To reserve a stall at our Christmas market on 29th November please complete the booking enquiry form below. Once we have confirmed your stall we will send you a link to pay the £10 booking fee.
Please bring your own table (maximum length 6ft) plus a table covering, 2 chairs will be provided per marked out pitch. If you need electricity, rail space or extra room beside your stall or any additional requirements then please add this information on to your form, we will do our best to accommodate. Your stall has been pre allocated on a first come first serve basis in order of booking, Space is very limited in the hall, not all requests can be met. Please look out for your name on your allocated space upon arrival. Doors will open at 9am for you to set your stall up and from 10am to the public. The Market will close at 1pm. Please don’t pack up before then unless you have been told you can by the organiser. It’s unfair to other stallholders and any late visitors we may have. If you do, you will not be invited back to any future events.
Parking is free in the Village Hall Car Park

If for some reason you are unable to attend the event, please let us know as soon as possible fodymchurchrec@aol.com or via our Facebook page We have a waiting list and may be able to rebook your stall. Please let us know of any cancellation as soon as you are able and before 7.30am on the day of the event. Any stall space not filled by 9.45am on the day of the market will be shared among the other stall holders.
As you are aware this is a charity event, therefore we would be grateful of a donation for the raffle on the day which will be drawn at 12.30pm, please indicate on the booking form if you are able to support us in this way any donation is gratefully received.We think we have covered everything but if you have any queries then please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
