Membership

 

I wish to apply for Membership of the Club and undertake to pay the annual subscription and abide by the Rules, Regulations and Codes of Conduct of the Club.                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Please Note:- 

Applications for Membership are normally considered by the Management Committee at the monthly committee meetings.

If you are under 16 please ask your parent/carer to sign the form before it is returned.
