We are an open group of like-minded residents, businesses and ‘Godshill Friends’ who have come together with the aim of enriching village life in a supportive, collaborative, and sustainable way. All Saints Church

All Saints is a traditionalist Church of England Parish under the episcopal oversight of the Bishop of Richborough and the Patronage of the Guild of All Souls and a member of The Society of St Wilfred and St Hilda. The church is normally open from 10am to 4 or 5pm all year. There is normally one Sunday service at 11am and a midweek communion service.

Godshill Methodist Church

Godshill Methodist Church is the oldest Wesleyan / Methodist Chapel on the Island, dating back to 1838. The present chapel is the second in Godshill replacing an earlier chapel built in 1790.

The chapel provides the many visitors to Godshill the opportunity to:- – Pray in a quiet, reverent & private environment; – Leave a prayer request; – Find out more about the history of Godshill Methodist Church; – Find out more about Methodism & Methodist churches on the Island.

A warm welcome awaits any visitor able to attend our Sunday Morning Worship.

Godshill County Primary School

We are very lucky to be based in a grade II listed building dating back to the 1800s when the school was re-built by Lord Yarborough. There has been a school in Godshill since 1615, set up by Lady Ann Worsley and we're still going strong today!

Godshill Gems

We meet 2nd Tuesday of the month, 2pm-4pm, at The Scouts Hall, May Close, (lots of free parking) and of course, plenty of tea and cake on offer.

We are evolving around our mantra of "Come & Have Your Say. Your W.I. Your Way".

 Ok, so the W.I. isn't new, but Godshill Gems will be that bit different, sitting between the young quirky and old traditional we're aiming for modern contemporary.

1st Godshill & Rookley Scouts

1st Godshill & Rookley Scout Group is a mixed gender Scout group based on May Close in Godshill. Beavers meet on a Tuesday 18:00-19:15, Cubs Wednesday 18:00-20:00 and Scouts Monday 19:00-21:00.
