Great Coxwell Parish Council currently consists of 5 members.

The last open election for the Parish of Great Coxwell was held in May 2023 with the next open election scheduled for May 2027.

At the open election of May 2023 the following Councillors were elected without contest:

Cllr Jacqui Russell, Cllr Richard Hankinson, Cllr Rory Gilmour and Cllr Kim Macdonald (resigned March 2025).

Cllr Nick Hawkes was co-opted in May 2024.

Cllr Shaun Sutton was co-opted in July 2025.

The council is supported in its functions by the Clerk/Responsible Finance Officer who is the only employee of the council.
