All you need to do is call the Hamble Good Neighbours team on freephone 0845 643 0371. They will take your details and your booking.

Once they have arranged a volunteer to help, they will call you back with the details. 

If you need transport : 

The allocated driver will pick you up from your home at the appointed time. He or she will drive you to your appointment and either take you in or just drop you off depending on what you would prefer. 

If its a short appointment (an hour), they will wait outside until you are ready to go home. 

If you know you are going to be there for a longer time, we will pre-arrange the return journey. 

Our drivers will ensure you have got back safely into your home. 

 

Unfortunately, our phones are not manned all day but are checked regularly  so please do leave a message.  We will get back to you for further information ASAP.

Please give us as much notice as possible so we can try to accommodate your requests.

Unfortunately, as we are a volunteer organisation, we are unlikely to be able to cover very short notice requests.
