Membership

We have less than 50 overall members, men and women in about equal numbers, made up of both regular and casual bowlers, but also includes our increasing associate (or social) membership.  The cost of maintaining a first class bowling green does not come cheap.  We also have to cover the cost of increasing rent and rates, general maintenance and rising energy prices.  Our income comes from membership and players paying fees per match.  We also raise money from our program of events and fundraisers.  Whatever that totals it must keep us in the black.  Full membership is £160 per annum with £4 match fees (including half time tea & biscuits).  Associate membership for non bowlers is also available and is FREE.

We have aligned ourselves with the Harrow & District Bowling Association guidelines for Safeguarding of Adults & Children (as per their website) which is linked to <https://www.bowlsengland.com/safeguarding/> as per Government Policy within as Sports Club.
