We are indebted to Kirsty Carey, the organiser of the Winchfield Festival, for arranging for the K'antu Ensemble to come and play at one of our regular Forget-Me-Not Café sessions, before playing at the Winchfield Festival. They played a mixture of old folk and world music that people living during Shakespearian times would have recognised, which was great to listen to and had some of our number up and dancing - led by well known choreographer Darren Royston - as they might have done at a Tudor feast. A great time was had by all and if you are interested in the music from these times then K'antu Ensemble are a must see.
