The August bank holiday heralded the club’s Finals Weekend. Spectators were able to enjoy watching 14 competitions across an exciting 2 days and we were all grateful that the weather played its part too with warm weather, a lot of sunshine and barely a breeze.

Winners and runners-up were presented with their trophies by Club President Bobbie Sims.

David Phillipson retained both his Club Championship and Men's Championship titles: Anne Harwood became Ladies' Champion for the first time.
