Clinical Physiotherapist-led Pilates Classes with Claire

  • Small, intimate groups that allow for personalised attention
  • Inclusive for all abilities and age ranges
  • Expert Guidance from a Fully Qualified APPI Pilates Instructor and Chartered Physiotherapist

How to get started:

  • Book an intial 40 minute £40 one to one session with Claire
  • Necessary to explain the APPI fundamentals and conduct a thorough health screen to get the very best from your Pilates sessions
  • Then book into weekly classes

Classes:

  • Every Monday at 18:00
  • £10 per class (when booked in a block of 6 consecutive sessions)
  • £15 Drop-ins with a pre-booking (subject to availability)
  • Maximum of 12 participants
