- Select Facility HK & SD Village or Westminster Field for football bookings
- Choose Resources - either Village Hall, Parish Room or Jubilee Hall
- Select Availability
- Provide Details - full address, bouncy castle permission must be entered into the 'Additional Information' box.

The Parish Council does not accept 16/18/21 birthday parties.
Please ensure your reserved time slot is for the whole time that you wish to be on site;
- Set Up - including early arrival to unload equipment, decorate and arrange seating
- Event Duration - the actual times your party or activity takes place
- Clean Up - remove decorations and equipment, tidy away chairs and tables, cleaning & removing rubbish
Maximum capacity for insurance purposes are The Village hall ;150 people standing, 120 seated. The Jubilee Hall 80 people standing, 52 seated.
