Booking Info & Hire Forms

Please click to view or download the links below to view the cost of hiring the Village hall, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) or print out the hiring form, terms & conditions etc.

Bookings are not confirmed until a completed hiring form, signed t&cs and deposit have been received and accepted. 
To check availability for your preferred date and time, please contact the office by email before proceeding.

We can provisionally hold a date for you for up to 7 days (48 hours if it's inside one month of your booking) if requested, which should give you plenty of time to complete the details as above.

The Parish Council has updated the Price List for both halls for bookings 1st April 2026 onwards.
