Invitation to Tender – Village Maintenance Contract

Irton Parish Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide village maintenance services within the parish.

The contract will cover a range of general maintenance tasks throughout the village, including but not limited to:

  • Grass cutting and verge maintenance
  • Hedge trimming
  • Litter collection
  • Village sign and noticeboard cleaning
  • General upkeep of public areas

Interested contractors are invited to request a copy of the tender specification and contract details from the Clerk:

Completed tenders must be received by 9 January 2026.

Please note that the Parish Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
