Lilleshall Parish Council

Neighbourhood Plan

The Draft Neighbourhood Plan

Earlier this year, we informed you that the Draft Neighbourhood Plan was available for inspection as part of the statutory process. We have subsequently reviewed the feedback from residents along with that from a number of outside parties, and revised the plan wherever comments were appropriate.

In addition, there have been Major Changes to the Telford & Wrekin Local Plan which impact upon the Parish and its Neighbourhood Plan.

As a result we believe that residents should be provided with an opportunity to review and comment upon the Draft Plan as it now stands, prior to submission to Telford and Wrekin Council for the next stage of the process.

The revised plan and supporting information can be downloaded as pdf files via the document links below.

Viewing the Plan

In addition to viewing the plan via the web site, paper copies of the Plan and accompanying screening reports can be viewed at the Parish Council Office, Lilleshall Memorial Hall, during normal office hours. Copies of the plan are also available for viewing at: -

  • Lilleshall Primary School,
  • Lilleshall Parish Church.
  • The Humber Store, Humbers Lane
  • Greenfields Farm Shop, Station Road

A paper copy of the SEA and the HRA screening reports can be made available on request to the Parish Clerk.

The Draft Plan can also be viewed on the Telford and Wrekin website www.telford.gov.uk/neighbourhood-planning.
