How secure is your garden? When people think ‘Burglary’ they straight away think of their house being broken into. Many people store expensive items such as push bikes and power tools in their sheds, garages and other outbuildings.

With the festive period fast approaching now is the time to think about making your property less appealing to potential offenders. Remember, criminals don’t stop committing crime just because it is Christmas. Keep you and your family safe by considering the following advice:

Do you:

  • Have security lighting installed?
  • maintain garden fences and hedges?
  • lock garden gates, sheds and garages?
  • put tools ladders and equipment away after use?
