First idea 1945 

Trust Deed dated 18th October 1950 in respect of a piece of land at Winterborne St Martin in the county of Dorset A.B. Duke Esquire to C.F.Fisher and Another. (Ministry of Education date stamp - 11th January 1951) (Charity Commission date stamp - 30th January 1951)
