The kitchen was completely refurbished in August 2023 and is now fully
fitted with a large number of cupboards and worktop areas. It is a good sized room
and can easily accommodate a busy cooking and serving team.

• 5 element electric ceramic hob
• Large stainless steel electric warming cupboard
• Plumbed in water heater for making tea and coffee
• Commercial dishwasher
• Upright combined fridge/freezer
• Microwave
• Electric kettle

Stored in the cupboards is white, hotel ware crockery, glassware (water glasses and
wine glasses) and cutlery for at least 80 place settings. There are also saucepans
and cooking utensils.

The kitchen facilities are used regularly and successfully by several local
organisations. One of these includes a monthly community lunch club which
regularly has between 30 and 40+ local residents enjoying a two course lunch.

Celebratory events such as weddings and significant birthdays have also been
successfully catered for at the hall.
