Main Hall

The Main Hall is approximately 15m metres by 7 (the floor space fits a badminton court) and has a stage measuring 7x4m (a full width extension is available) with full stage lighting.  It easily seats 72  around tressle tables. There are double doors to a patio and garden area.

Audio Visual System:

The Hall is equipped with a high luminosity, high definition projector linked to an electrically operated screen which lowers when the projector is switched on. A wall plate allows for connection to a laptop and the projector can also be driven via the installed Blue ray player.

Sound can be played through four speakers secured to the side walls of the main hall. Audio can be sourced from the installed CD player or via Bluetooth from a device  such as a smart phone (the hall now has WiFi which facilitates this). Two hand held microphones complement the set up and they can operate in parallel with any sound being played.

The new system offers a modern, comprehensive, functional audio/visual set up  to satisfy most users. Unfortunately the Hall acoustics don't lend themselves to showing modern films.
