Official Opening of the Matthews Room

Today Ann Matthews, who has been a Trustee for 50 years, officially opened the Matthews Room, named in honour of her and her late husband Ron's long service to the Village Hall. We were delighted to be joined by members of Ann's family and two members of Morrison's team, Chrissie and Amanda, who are the local Morrisons Foundation Champions. Without the Morrisons' grant this would not have been possible. We are particularly grateful to Lesley Usherwood for her work in gaining the grant and Martin Usherwood for leading on (and doing most of) the work.
