This is a trial/demonstration page - if you wish to book the Village Hall please follow the Bookings Tab.

When you click the weblink below you will be taken to a calendar which shows a number of trial bookings. Pick the date you wish to book (please only use November or December) and click on that date.  This will take you to a form asking which facility you wish to use and about time and numbers etc. You can also chose whether to have your booking publicised or not.  It will ask you for your email address and will seek to verify this - when you do verify it please change the password to one you can remember as it will ask you to login again. Once the request to book is accepted it will appear on the website as a provisional booking (remember to refresh your browser to check). All these bookings will be deleted if the Trustees decide to adopt the system but it may retain your contact form (heh we're learning it too).  Please do not worry about room choices or costs - these are being refined as part of our set up - and note that you are likely to receive a number of emails confirming your request and the booking if an administrator plays along; it might even send you an invoice but this is only a game at this stage!  If you are ready to play....
