Booking Information
From 1st February 2026 we have switched to using an online booking system. Before you proceed to book please read our Terms and Conditions and Fire Safety Instructions as you will be asked to confirm that you agree to them.
Hire Costs: Main Hall - £10 per hour for Parish Residents or groups, £12 per hour for others. Matthews Room £10 per session.
If you are happy with the Terms and Conditions you are ready to proceed. When you click the booking link below you will be taken to a calendar (which you can alter to show month, week or day) and which shows current bookings. Pick the date you wish to book and click on the + symbol next to that date. This will take you to a form asking which facility you wish to use and about time and numbers etc. You can also choose whether to have your booking publicised or not - if it is a public event we can also publicise it on our forthcoming events page. It will also ask you for your email address and will seek to verify this by emailing you - when you do verify it please change the password to one you can remember as it will immediately ask you to login again. Once the request to book is accepted it will appear on the website as a provisional booking (remember to refresh your browser to check). Ready to go?
