Cancellation by the Hirer ( One off booking )

You shall be entitled to cancel a hiring by giving not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to MVH to the Mickleham Village Hall Trustees or the Hall Manager. Your hire fee will be refunded to you less £10 or 10% of the fee, whichever is the greater, as a contribution to administration costs.

If your cancellation is less than thirty (30) days before the date of your hiring, you will not be refunded the hire fee.

In the event that a hirer makes changes to a booking, such as date, timing, or duration less than thirty (30) days before the date of the hiring the trustees have the discretion to charge a £10 administration fee
