Frances Jackson RIP

On Friday 23rd, we gathered at the club to raise a glass to celebrate the life of our friend Frances Jackson.
She was an active member of the club and contributed over the years, remembered by many for her organisational skills and management of the bowls tours.
Her wishes were that there should not be a big funeral but her family did not want her passing to go unmarked by her friends and so we saw family alongside her friends from the walking group, the U3A and of course the bowling community gather to pay their respects.
