WHO ARE WE?

We are an association of likeminded people who share a love of gardening, garden visits, and the enjoyment of flower and vegetable showing. We have ten monthly meetings a year where we have knowledgeable and interesting speakers on all aspects of horticulture. We are also involved in the community, taking the responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of public flower borders in Minehead. We are affiliated to the Royal Horticultural Society and Somerset Federation of Gardening Clubs.

Our main flower, vegetable and produce show is held on the second Saturday in August and is open to all. It also includes art and crafts, photography, wine making, honey products, floral art and a children’s section.

So if you are interested in gardening in all its forms please don’t hesitate to come to our monthly meetings held on the last Friday of each month at the Catholic Hall, Townsend Road, Minehead at 7.30pm.
