Skills Sessions

Once our Model Railway Show is over in early May and the club layout is safely back home, we can turn our attention to having an additional planned session each month looking at particular model railway skills.

N Gauge Society - IoW Group Skills Sessions

Last year we ran a number of sessions on such topics as rock faces, static grass, 3D modelling, lighting, Metcalfe kits and an introduction to DCC. We expect to build on these and may well be looking specifically at backscenes, bridges, ground cover, landforms, loco maintenance, people, roads, signals, trees, tunnels and water.
