AGM Proposal 2026

Please express your position with regard all of the proposals to the AGM. This is NOT a vote. You can only vote by attending the AGM in person! Please enter the email address registered with the club. Only the opinions of registered members will be noted. The content of this page will be emailed to the Club Secretary for collation.

No member should play at NIBC with any bowl of any make featuring bands of colour running horizontally around the bowl. *

That league play should be two hour sessions between 10am and 6pm and that the evening sessions should remain at 6.30pm. *

That all evening leagues should be Open leagues *

That the Indoor Bowls Club should be renamed Mizzymead (Nailsea) Indoor Bowls Club *

That the club introduce a form of “proxy” voting for proposals at the AGM *

That the club will introduce respots to be used if the jack is hit off the rink (out of bounds) or closer than 2m to the mat line. The jack will then be placed on a spot 2m from the front ditch and 1.5m to the left or right of the centre line, on the side it left the rink *
