I have attached the results for both the team and individual summary.

The shaded cells on the chart represent Green - Win Red - Lose and Yellow - Draw.

The Blue shaded cells on the chart are where the captain of the match has not provided a score card so these will not be counted as win, Lost or Draw, however it will reflect in the number of games you have played and also increased your overall points by the number of blue cells.
