Ladies Captains Day 2023

I would like to thank all the ladies for the flowers and presents given to me at the Ladies’ Captain Day last Sunday. We had a fun afternoon with brilliant fancy dress costumes (almost enough nuns for a convent) and some lovely food. Thank you to all those who took part and contributed food and raffle prizes. Also a big thank you to the men whose help in the kitchen was much appreciated. The raffle raised £65 and it falls to me as captain to choose which charity is to benefit. I have chosen Plymouth Foodbank and a cheque is on its way to them, which I am sure will be put to good use.
