DATA PROTECTION POLICY STATEMENT

Queen Elizabeth Park Lawn Bowls Club is committed to providing a safe and secure system in retaining and using members personal information (DATA) in full compliance with the DATA Protection Act 2018.

 

Members are asked at initial application of membership to provide accurate details of full name, address, email and telephone contact details. At renewal of membership,  Q E Park bowls club will assume that your personal information is still correct unless advised otherwise.

 

Q.E Park Bowls Club will only retain personal details to assist in registration of players in all participating bowls leagues and to assist in members’ internal communication. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will the Club  release any personal details to a third party.

 

Members can request to view or update their personal data held at any time and apply to have this information deleted via the Club Secretary.

 

Any member leaving the club will automatically have this information deleted.
