Meetings

The Council meets six times a year, usually on the first Monday in alternate months, January, March, May, July, September and November.  The meetings rotate around the village halls of the member parishes. When necessary the Council will hold an extraordinary meeting between the regular meetings to discuss urgent matters. Members of the public are very welcome to attend meetings and may address the Council during the Open Forum. Please contact the Clerk or any of your local Councillors if you would like to draw the Council's attention to any matter.
