PLEASE NOTE:    When the Bowls Hall is open, there are NO GROUP SOCIAL SESSIONS – every rink MUST be pre-booked in the Diary individually.  This week is primarily aimed for playing re-arranged League Matches and Knock Out Competition games, but social bowls is still, of course, welcome.  There will be no bar facilities and there will be no cleaners available for the building this week.

***INDOOR KNOCK-OUT COMPETITIONS***   Players are reminded to ensure they play their matches by the 'Due By Date' shown against each round.  This year, there has been plenty of time given in which to get the early round played (11 weeks including the Bowls Hall being open between Christmas and New Year), so in fairness to those that have played their games, we will NOT accept any excuses for matches not being played on time.  Failure to get matches played by the 'Due By Date' shown may result in both the home and away team or both players (in singles) being disqualified, and we really don't want that situation to happen.  So PLEASE GET THEM ARRANGED AND PLAYED.   Thank You

INDOOR SECRETARY REQUIRED FOR APRIL 2023  The Indoor Secretary (Andy Baxter) has decided to stand down at the end of this Indoor Season in early April 2023.  The Club are therefore looking for anyone interested in taking over this position to please contact the Secretary, Brian Oxendale, as soon as possible.  The new Indoor Secretary will be given all the relevant information with copies of Posters, Forms, Diary Sheets etc for future use.

Covid virus is still circulating. however it is no longer compulsory to wear a face covering whilst moving around the club. The hand sanitizers are still available to use. If you have a temperature or feel unwell in any way you should not enter the club. Stay safe!!
