Neighbourhood Plan
Sandhurst Neighbourhood Plan
Referendum Vote on Thursday 18th June 2026 at The Old School Hall, Back Road, Sandhurst, Kent
Neighbourhood planning is a way for communities to have a say in the future of the places where they live and work. It gives them the power to produce a plan with legal weight that directs development in the local area. It will help to identify where we want new development to be located, allow us to have a say on the style of that development as well as allowing us to protect and develop what we value.
A Neighbourhood Plan is a formal, statutory document.
A hard copy of the Plan will be available to view in the Old School Hall on a Tuesday between 10am and 11am, from Tuesday 19th May until Tuesday 16th June (inclusive) or by contacting the clerk via email clerk@sandhurstparishcouncil.gov.uk to arrange an alternative day.
