Club / Green News 2026
Members are looking forward to the opening of the green currently set at April 18th. However it will be made available from 11th April if required and weather permitting!
Every Tuesday morning between 09:30 and 12:00noon a group of members help put with club/green DIY and maintenance jobs.
The clubhouse is available to hire for your organisation - please contact us for cost.
From the 18th April 2026 Social Bowling will be on Monday Wednesday and Friday 2pm till 4pm. NOT Thursdays.
Captain of the Day
As we no longer have a Club Captain, we would like volunteers for the role of Captain of the Day for the weekend club friendlies - full training will be given. Please let me know if you are interested or put your name down on the list at the club.
There will be a "wrong bias jar" on the bar for the duration of the outside season. Please could you commit to paying a £1.00 in the unlikely event of bowling a wrong bias wood. The proceeds will be given to the charity of the President's choice.
Next Committee Meeting is on the 10th April.
All members are advised to use the suggestion box (on the wall in the clubhouse) if they have any ideas for improvements to the daily running of the club.
