Meet Your Councillors
Please feel free to contact any of the local councilors with any concerns or ideas relating to the Parish and we will hopefully be able to help.
Fraser Henderson
Chair
Sally (my wife) and I moved to Ardens Grafton from Dorridge in 2007.
My career has involved owning or managing several different companies across the UK, USA and Australia ranging from engineering to wine, and am now enjoying retirement since September 2023 .
Since moving here I have been active in the Graftons community with being a part of the group who produced the current Parish Plan, responsible for the refurbishment activity of the village hall and joined the Parish Council in January 2023 for whom I am the current Chair.
My main hobbies are enjoying our 2 Cavalier King Charles spaniels, pottery and watercolour painting.
Dave Laws
I moved to Temple Grafton with my wife, two dogs and the cat in 2023 and undertook the renovation of a cottage.
I joined the Temple Grafton Parish Council 2 years ago so that I could meet with my neighbours whilst giving back to the community and work with the parish to help improve the local environment.
Prior to my retirement, I was a computer project manager working in Reading and made my way to Temple Grafton via Ettington.
Debbie Honychurch
I started working at The Golden Cross in Ardens Grafton 2006 and purchased the lease from Charles Welles pub co. in 2011 finally moving on in 2016. I am now a Canine hydrotherapist and scentwork instructor.
I have great memories from the time in the pub and made some good friends.
I see the village as a ‘True village’ one of those rare gems where you can ask a question or need some help and have a queue of people willing and wanting to help.
