The objects for which the Company (the RAMC Charity) is established are:

To promote the efficiency of the Army and in particular the Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) in such charitable ways as the trustees think fit, including:

- maintaining contact between past and present members of the Corps through social gatherings and other means;

- fostering esprit de corps, comradeship and welfare;

- perpetuating the deeds and preserving the traditions of the RAMC;

- promoting medical research and undertaking the dissemination of the results thereof through publications and other means; and

- providing prizes and awards.

To educate the public and service personnel about the history, deeds, traditions and role of the RAMC;

To promote the commemoration and remembrance of those members of the RAMC who have died while on active service, and to encourage public recognition of the sacrifice made by such persons;

And to relieve either past or present members of the RAMC and their dependents who are in need by virtue of financial hardship, sickness, disability or the effects of old age through the provision of grants, loans, gifts, pensions or otherwise.
