The Village Hall at Minting is a well-equipped, modern village hall serving the communities of Minting, Gautby, Waddingworth and Wispington in Lincolnshire, available for hire for regular activities and one-off events such as weddings, parties and meetings.  It has disabled facilities, level entrance and fully-equipped bar and lies adjacent to parish council playing field and has its own car park. There is free super fast broadband wifi and there are reduced hire rates for residents of the above villages, but it is available for all to hire.  We have a large kitchen with fridge, small freezer, crockery and cutlery, as well as the use of a range cooker with double oven and LPG gas hob with 7 rings.

FACILITIES

General

The Village Hall at Minting is a comfortable modern well equipped Hall, suitable for all kinds of events, such as meetings, weddings, parties & dances.

With ample parking and situated within 2 miles of the A158, it is ideally located for easy access from Lincoln, Horncastle, Bardney, Market Rasen, Woodhall Spa and Wragby.

Main Hall (12m x 8m approx) - Can accommodate up to 100 seated or 250 empty of furniture. Features sprung wooden floor and removable stage area (4m x 3m approx) and revolving coloured lighting. Amplifier, two speakers & integrated hearing loop system.

Licensed for the playing of recorded music, live music and stage plays.

Small Committee Room (4.8m x 3m approx) - with attached toilet facilities at stage end of the hall.

Bar (6.9m x 5.4m approx) - Separate licensed and staffed bar in comfortable lounge.  Seating/bar tables for approximately 40.  Bar licence (Monday – Saturday 11.00 to midnight, Sunday Noon to 23.00) serving bottled and canned lager, bitter and real ale (by request), wines, spirits and soft drinks. If you wish to provide your own alcohol instead of having the bar; the bar serving area would be shut, but the bar lounge would be available for your use.

Kitchen (4.8m x 3.6m approx) - Five star rated kitchen; double electric oven with gas hob; double sink, full height domestic fridge, small counter-top freezer; kettles and hot water urn.  Plain white crockery for 100+ and cutlery for the same numbers.  You will need to supply your own saucepans, cooking utensils and tea towels.

Toilets - Ladies/Gents plus disabled toilet and baby changing facilities.

Outside - Level entrance, wheelchair access, disabled car parking spaces in front of hall, plus a large car park opposite. 

Patio area immediately outside bar, with use of village playing field adjacent.

Hire Rates - Hourly rate £15 per hour.  (Concessionary rate for village residents of £10 per hour)

Evening parties £100 ( £75 residents)  Weddings £300 (£200 residents)
