WELCOME TO THIRSTON PARISH COUNCIL'S WEB SITE.

Thirston is a small rural Parish in mid-Northumberland situated in the lower valley of the River Coquet, approximately half way between the historic market towns of Morpeth and Alnwick.  The current voting population is 518. 

The Council meets on a Thursday evening at 7.30pm approximately every 6 weeks please check agendas for the location which can vary.  Members of the public and welcome. 

The Next Meeting will take place on Thursday 26 March in the Long Room at Gallery 45.
