Uffington Museum Needs You — Become a Trustee
The museum sits at the heart of the community, and is looking for local people who care about its future. Trustees help the museum to stay vibrant, relevant, and welcoming to all. As a Trustee, you’ll make sure the museum stays relevant, exciting, and financially healthy. Your ideas, skills, and enthusiasm will help us reach more people, care for our collections, and create experiences that visitors will remember.

What you’ll do:

• Support decision‑making and planning
• Help reach new audiences
• Ensure the museum remains a place of learning and enjoyment
• Bring your lived experience and enthusiasm to the table
• Quarterly board meetings and occasional events or project groups.

The museum welcomes people from all walks of life. You don’t need to have been a trustee before as you will be given all the support and guidance you need. If you’re passionate about culture, community, or history or simply want to give something back this is a rewarding way to make a difference.
