Burton Bridge Brewery – Stairway to Heaven 5% Pale – A golden hoppy beer with a smooth full flavour. Brewed using only the finest English hops.

Burton Bridge Brewery – Stairway to Krush 5% Pale - Stairway to Krush is bursting with zesty citrus, tropical and stone fruit, red berries and has a refreshing, clean finish

Burton Bridge Brewery – Draught Burton Ale 4.8% Bitter – A light amber beer refreshing and easy to drink, leaves a nice orange pith aftertaste, recreation of a classic beer from Ind Coope.

Burton Bridge Brewery – Fox & Goose 3.4% Pale - A Pale Straw-coloured beer with hints of citrus and a touch of pine on the nose. Amari lo, Mosaic and Centennial Hops.

Heritage Brewing – Masterpiece 5.6% English IPA – Based on Worthington White Shield. Aromatic hops, toasted cereal notes and spice enhanced by fragrant fruity character and a top note of fresh bread.

Kelham Island – Pale Rider 5.2% Pale – Combining floral hops, citrus fruit flavours and biscuity malt make pale rider one of the UK’s most loved pale ales.

Titanic – Plum Porter 4.9% Porter – A well-rounded speciality porter with a sweet, fruity nose. Notes of plum & other stone fruits are present throughout, balanced against a delicate blend of classic hops.

Uttoxeter Brewing – Bartley Bitter 4.1% Bitter – A mild, English bitter with sweet toffee tones.

Uttoxeter Brewing – Uxonian 4.9% Pale – New Zealand Hopped new world Pale.

Black Country Ales – Pig on the Wall 4.3% Mild – A refreshing chestnut brown beer with a complex flavour of light hops giving way to a bittersweet blend of roasted malt. Suggestions of chocolate and coffee undertones.

Dancing Duck – Ay Up 3.9% Pale (Gluten Free)An eminently drinkable pale session ale. Subtle malt and floral notes are matched splendidly with citrus hop, rounded off with a slightly dry finish.

Dancing Duck – DCUK 4.3% Pale (Gluten Free)A great aroma and powerful upfront hoppy bitterness give way to an explosion of citrus and pine flavours. A full-on hop attack!

Milestone – Loxley 4.2% Pale – A deep golden, crisp & refreshing ale. Made with Challenger & Progress Hops.

Castle Rock – Screech Owl 5.5% IPA – Screech Owl is a classic, balanced American-style IPA with a long hop finish. Well-hopped with Cascade and Centennial and brewed to export strength.

Castle Rock – Preservation 4.4% Red Ale – Brewed to the traditional East Midlands style with English hops. Preservation is an easy-drinking full flavoured best bitter. Well-rounded with some residual sweetness and balanced with resinous hop character.

Whim Ales – Flower Power 5.3% Pale – Huge hop nose on this. Warmth of malt soon gives to big citrus grapefruit and slightly herby hop flavours. It eventually develops into a complex lasting finish. Dry and packed full of complex flavours.

Ashover – Coffin Lane 5% Stout – Warming chocolate and coffee flavours are enhanced by a slightly bitter finish of Fuggles hops.

Holdens – Golden Glow 4.4% Pale – An 18ct gold, golden ale with subtle yet fragrant hop aromas, a moreish gentle sweetness and an almost citrus like pleasant bitter finish. Brewed using the finest English Maris Otter malts and choicest Fuggles, Golden Glow is a thirst quenchingly refreshing beer. Champion Beer of Britain Bronze Medal Winner in the Golden Ales Category 2006 and 2011.

Thornbridge - Wild Swan 3.4% Pale – Wild Swan is white gold in colour with aromas of light bitter lemon, a hint of herb and a subtle spiciness.

Thornbridge – Jaipur 5.9% Pale – A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

 

 

 

Cider (20L BIB)

Thistly Cross – Whisky Cask 6.7% - A flavoursome cider, made potent in the oak of a Glen Moray whisky cask with a good few lingering tastes to be savoured on the tongue. Initially, a gentle whisky flavour intermingles with a subtle, medium dry cider.

Thistly Cross - Scottish Fruits 3.4% - Hand picked strawberries, elderflowers and blackcurrants make our cider blush. It’s floral, fruity and Scottish to the core.

Lilleys – Mango 4% - Aromatic lightly sparkled sweet cider, expertly blended with exotic mango.

Lilleys – Rum Cider 4% - Unfiltered cider which is smooth and mellow with a hint of rum.

Lilleys – Elderflower 3.4% - Infused with heavenly elderflower creates this refreshing yet delicate cider.

Snails Bank – Very Perry 5.1% - A fruity, medium perry with the balanced flavour only real perry delivers. Made with Stinking Bishop pears and Bronze winner at the CAMRA National Perry Awards.

Snails Bank – Fruit Bat 4% - Crisp apple cider blended with strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant. Perfect over ice on a freshly mowed lawn.

Westons – Rosies Pig 4.2% - New & improved blend by Westons 5th Generation Cider Maker, Guy Laurence. Rosie’s Pig now has a more refreshing apple taste at a lower ABV. Cloudy, still & pale straw coloured it has a crisp apple flavour with a refreshing fruity finish. Medium dry & easy drinking.

Pulp – Rhubarb & Strawberry 3.4% - A cider twist on dessert: fresh rhubarb and sweet strawberries blend perfectly – humble pie you’ll crave more of!

Pulp – Rhubarb & Mango 3.4% - Mango, rhubarb and fresh pressed cider apples — sweet tropics meet British fruit.

Harrys Cider – Haymaker 6% - A lovely appley aroma, using a blend of apples from Harry’s orchard including the classic Dabinett variety.

Sandford Orchard – Sandford Reserve 7.4% - Sandford take their most elegant and refined ciders from vat, cask and foudre at the point that both barrel and fruit marry perfectly. Intricate flavours of peach, vintage oak and sherry wine. Key apple varieties include Harry Masters Jersey, Michelin and Ellis Bitter.
