The Waterlooville Men's Shed has, since its instigation been supported and encouraged by a large variety of businesses, organisations, institutions and individuals, enabling the Shed to develop and thrive in the pursuit of its aims of providing workshop facilities for older men within the community to combat isolation and stagnation resulting in a challenging, social, and interactive activity based facility that would also benefit the local community.

Sponsors have provided a large range of goods and materials from wood, to glue, roofing to plastics, tea to paint and a variety of others.
