Misconduct

Wellington BC adheres to the Bowls England policy for addressing misconduct, their Regulation 9 (R9).

This  simplifies the language used and creats practical resources such as workflows, guidance, training and FAQs.

R9 applies a proportionate approach to addressing misconduct: • Informal process for minor misconduct • Mediation for moderate misconduct or repeated minor issues • Formal hearing for serious misconduct or failed mediation.
