Village Hall

The Village Hall and Social Club is at the heart of the village’s secular activities and hosts many events through the year. You will also find our Village Noticeboard and Defibrillator in front of the Village Hall.

Many years ago this Victorian building was the Village School and it has recently undergone major refurbishment.  It has a small but fully functioning kitchen, and improvements continue to make facilities more comfortable and pleasant.

The Hall is available to hire for private parties, meetings or other occasions.  There are tables and chairs, crockery and cutlery available.

The Social Club runs a licensed bar which is the ideal hub for local knowledge, friendship and help.  It is open on Fridays, from 7.30pm – 9.30pm and on Sunday from 1pm – 3pm.  Everyone is welcome!

To hire the hall, the charges are:

9am to 11pm  –  £10 per hour

Minimum charge £30 for 3 hours
