2023 AGM- Thu 21st September

Please note this year's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 21st September at North Petherton BC from 7.30pm.

Each club has one vote but you need to attend the AGM in order to use it. If you can't attend you are welcome to send a proxy in your place. More than one member from each club can attend, though each club will still only have one vote.

If your club has any proposals or discussion items you would like including in the agenda, please forward them by email to the Secretary, using the email address enquiries@wsbl.org.uk

The deadline for proposals or discussion items to be included in the agenda is Thursday 7th September.

At the meeting please can you be ready to advise how many teams your club will be entering next year. Or, if you do not have this information at the meeting, be able to provide a date when it will be forthcoming as soon as possible after the meeting. The deadline will be 31st October.
