Annual General Meeting: Monday 26th September at North Petherton BC 7.30pm

Please note this year's league Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 26th September at North Petherton BC from 7.30pm.

Each club has one vote but a club representative needs to attend the AGM in order to use it. If the club contact can't attend clubs are welcome to send a proxy in their place. More than one member from each club can attend, though each club will still only have one vote.

If your club has any proposals or discussion items you would like including in the agenda, please forward them by email to the Secretary, using the email address enquiries@wsbl.org.uk

The deadline for proposals or discussion items to be included in the agenda is Monday 5th September.

At the meeting please can you be ready to advise how many teams your club will be entering next year. Or, if you do not have this information at the meeting, be able to provide a date when it will be forthcoming as soon as possible after the meeting.
