Recreation Ground

West Tytherley, Frenchmoor, and Buckholt Parish Council is responsible for the Recreation Ground. Facilities include a football pitch, a pavilion, and a children’s play area.

The children’s play areas may be used at any time, free of charge, and without application. Young children must be supervised at all times when using the equipment.

The Parish Council is very proud of this area, and ensures regular safety inspections, litter clearance, and maintenance takes place.

No dogs! We all love our dogs but they are not permitted at any time on the recreation ground except for specific events such as the village fete. This is for the benefit of other users of the recreation ground, in particular families with children and the football teams that play there. Please do not bring your dog onto the recreation ground - there are other areas nearby where you may take your dog for a lovely long walk.

Thank you.

No vehilcles may be taken onto the recreation ground without the express permission of the Parish Council, and only for specific events such as the village fete or when required to maintain the recreation ground or the facilities within.
